The Sampson Arts Council's administrative offices are located at 709 College Street in the Victor R. Small House in the Historic District of Clinton.

Please stop by and visit our Gallery.  Numerous Art Shows constantly rotate through the Small House and there are always activities that support and promote the arts in Sampson County.
